16 YEARS OF MY LIFE I GAVE

Last spring it was the Chloe knock-off triple buckle mary-janes that I obsessed over (and eventually obtained). This season, it's studded, non-pointytoed cowboy ankle boots. Now I know that the words studded, cowboy, or boots do not often enter my wardrobe vocab, but these, these, have won me over. The shape of them is so perfect for denim shorts and my chicken legs or short prairie-esque frocks . The bad news? They are $200, and that is so not a part of my available cash flow. Yuck.
You know what that means?

EBAY.

In order to get those boots on my feet and keep some food on the table (just kidding, I live in NYC; I don't have a table), I am auctioning off a few of my designer and vintage treasures. If you are a size 8.5-9, then you are in luck--I have several great pairs of shoes up (90s sneaker wedges, J Vincent quilted black flats, vintage riding boots, and jade leather oxfords!), as well as a vintage Gucci monogram bag, a Dooney & Bourke hearts bag (immaculately clean), and a Michael Kors leather and gold chain watch.

Errrytime I come round yo city Bling Bling.
I mean, that's what I'll be like when/if I get those studded boots.

I love this song. Seriously.

Weezy and Dave Dudley in one post. I know, it's kind of amazing.

  1. Funny, I was about to say "Weezy and Dave in one post?" But you ended up saying it for me :)
